Dear Family,
It’s time again in 2013 for an awesome family reunion. Let’s get prepared to celebrate our Brown Family Legacy and have a fabulous time. If you haven’t attended a reunion in the past, please plan on attending this one. We really hate for you to miss this awesome reunion. We will try to give you a treat to remember. We hope every family member will attend, because your presence at the reunion is important. This is a great opportunity for the Brown family to get together and enjoy each other. We will have delicious food, exciting activities and lots of fun, games and prizes for all ages.
The family reunion will be hosted in Hayward, California on Wednesday July 3rd through Saturday, July 6, 2013. The committee is asking everyone who plan to attend to send materials in on time; we don’t want anyone to miss out.
FAMILY REUNION RATES
$50.00 Each person rate (children 2 years old and under are free)
$75.00 Each person rate (who do not book at the LaQuinta-children still $50.00)
We need your support, please book your room at the LaQuinta. We tried hard
We have tried hard to keep your rates as low possible (there were no special rates for children over 2 years old at our family reunion event) We need your help by staying together at the LaQuinta. You do not need money to make your room reservation. Please book your room as soon as possible.
The deadline to mail your final family rate will be May 24, 2013. You can make monthly payments, but the last payment will need to be received by May 24. Postdated checks will be accepted. All checks made payable to Malika Masouda-Brown Family Reunion, and mailed to 1320 Pelem Ct. Stockton, CA 95203.

Deadline for room reservations is May 31, 2013.
T-SHIRTS
Please send your T-shirt order form to Alberta Lewis at 5617 Alta Vista Drive, Little Rock, AR 72118. Phone: 501-454-6325. Make check or money order payable to Alberta Lewis c/o Brown Family Reunion. Please order t-shirt before the deadline of May 17, 2013. Due to printing we cannot accept orders after that date.
TRANSPORTATION
If you plan to fly please fly into Oakland California. If you take the Amtrak or Greyhound please make your destination Oakland or Hayward California. FAMILY PHOTO BOOK

Stockton California, 95203 or email it to m.masouda@gmail.com . Please state first and last name along with the city and state. Photo copies will be accepted because pictures will not be returned. The deadline dates for pictures is April 20, 2013. Please send members of your deceased family members also)
