Greetings Brown Family Members,
Happy New Year!! We sincerely hope that you have received your save the date card for our 2015 Family Reunion. We are so excited to be the host for our next reunion. The dates are July 2-5, 2015. We have had some great times over this years and this one will be nothing shorter than another great time with family and friends. I’m sure that we have had many new accomplishments and new family members since our last time together. We have selected the theme of “Reaching Family Where They Are”
Our weekend will be filled with fun, laughter and as always good food and good fellowship. We wanted to provide you with some key details to help you in your planning process. We wanted to make everything as affordable as possible.
Our Reunion Schedule
Thursday, July 2: Meet & Greet (Activities to be announced)
Friday, July 3: Free Day and Banquet at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: Family Picnic (Additional Activities to be announced)
Sunday: Fellowship and Farewells
Note: We are still working on activities which may include tours, theme park visits etc. Some optional events may have an additional cost. If this happens we will notify you as soon as possible.
Our 2015 FAMILY REUNION RATES (Deadline April 1, 2015)
Adult 18 to 64 =75.00
Ages 6 to17 at 35.00
Ages 65 and older is 35.00
Please make all checks payable to the Brown Family Reunion and mail them to Betty Conner, Treasurer at 7 Blue Mountain Cove, Maumelle, AR 72113. There will be a$10.00 late fee applied after April 1.

Parking Fee: $5.00 per night open lot and $10.00 per night in the parking garage (not included in the room rate)
We have a block of rooms reserved for the Brown Family Reunion. Do not forget to let the hotel know that you are with the reunion to guarantee this rate. You must contact Hotel Reservations directly to reserve your room and get the rate quoted

If you are not able to attend the reunion but do not want to miss out on getting a family t-shirt you can get one for $16.00.

TRANSPORTATION

We hope that you will join us for our next reunion. We are doing our very best to reach out to all family members, but we’ve had a number of letters returned, please help us spread the word. We will also continue to add updates to our BrownFamilyReunion.org web-site. Things in life may change but Family and the Love of Family will always remain the same, so please make plans to see us in Arkansas next year.
