The family reunion will be hosted in Hayward, California,  Wednesday June 30 through July 4, 2010. The Committee is asking everyone who will be attending to please attend on time because our Reunion schedule is eventful and we don’t want anyone to miss out.

Family Reunion Rates

$125    Family (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16)

$75      Single Adult Rate

Free     65 Years and Older (also includes free t-shirt)

If a family has more than two children and they are under 13 the family rate still applies, maximum is 6 children.  If the same family has more than 2 children in the age group of 13-16 years of age, please add $50.00 to your family rate.  If a single parent has one child under the age of 13, single rate still applies, two children or more, family rate applies.

If you have you have friends or guests who want to attend, ages 5 and up they will pay the single family rate. They must pay the guest rate.  We have tried hard to keep rates as low as possible. We need to get a count of how many people will be attending for planning purposes.

The deadline to mail your family rate will be May 31, 2010. You can make monthly payments; last payment must be received by May 31, 2010. Postdated checks will be accepted.

Airplane: If you plan to fly into Oakland, California Airport and a Fast Trak shuttle will pick you up for the Brown Family Reunion at no cost to you.
